4. What should I bring?
We recommend bringing your surf gear (board, leash, wax, rash guard), sunscreen, swimwear, a hat, and any personal items. If you don’t have a board, we can help arrange one for rent.

5. How does airport pickup work?
Once you share your flight details, our driver will meet you at the Binaka Airport (Gunungsitoli) arrival area with a Raffiel Nias sign and take you straight to the hotel — no stress, no waiting.

6. What kind of meals are included?
You’ll enjoy three full meals daily, prepared by our in-house chef. Expect a mix of local Nias and Indonesian favorites, fresh seafood, grilled dishes, and international comfort food — all served with tropical fruits and refreshing drinks.
